The bill (Reg. No.2779) is aimed at the observance of requirements of clause 3 and part 1 of clause 49 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
The effect of the Law "On the Fundamentals of State Supervision (Control) over the Economic Sector" shall not extend on the state health and disease control, state supervision over the quality of medicine, and sanitary supervision.
